My approach to therapy takes the person-centered perspective, meaning there is no "one size fits all." Each one of my clients has their own unique story with specific therapeutic needs. In therapy, we will work together to set goals best suited to you, so you can get the most out of therapy.
I believe the therapeutic relationship in itself is healing. Having the space to be seen and heard is paramount. Allowing ourselves to have time to process gives us clarity on how to get our needs met. Reaching out for help can be SO scary. Sometimes we have to do the scary thing when we want more for ourselves. Therapy offers a reset to figure out our next step and how to get there.

I offer a brief consultation call to give us a chance to speak about what brings you in to therapy so you can feel confident we're a good fit.
In this 60 minute initial session, we will have the time and space to explore your needs and set intentions for therapy.
I offer 55 minute counseling sessions where we will build upon your innate strengths to create room for healing.
